Professionals : Christopher Francazio

Chris Francazio has over eight years of health care consulting experience on projects related to graduate medical education, revenue optimization, hospital merger integration, process redesign, strategic planning, financial modeling, systems implementation, & third-party reimbursement. Chris has managed numerous projects with academic medical centers to enhance revenue, mitigate risk and improve business processes, in particular for their teaching programs. His major responsibilities have included the detailed review of GME programs, the development of financial and operational models, and strategic planning. Chris has also worked closely with a number of his client's internal and outside counsel to develop position papers and to perform analyses in support of reimbursement appeals. The financial benefit to each of his clients has ranged from $2.5 million to $12 million in both incremental reimbursement and preservation of revenue. Prior to joining Hinckley, Allen & Tringale, Chris was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting. During his time at Deloitte, in addition to his experience with academic medical centers, Chris assisted hospitals with financial and business planning analysis, including the performance of financial due diligence for merging organizations, as well as working on projects related to operational improvement. Chris has also assisted hospitals with major technology systems implementation, focusing on financial and decision support modules, and has assisted technology partners with the development of products to assists academic medical centers. Chris graduated from Harvard in 1990, and received his MBA from the Yale School of Management in 1996.
